Items that you buy through clippings.com will have different delivery methods, times and prices, depending on size, supplier and whether it is already manufactured or it is manufactured upon order; please refer to the product page for a delivery estimate. Your final shipping price will be clearly indicated at checkout. Smaller items are usually delivered within 5-10 days and larger items and furniture might take up to 60 days for delivery - if you have any queries just drop us an e-mail to support@clippings.com. Delivery restrictions may apply, so be sure to read the product information before you make a purchase.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

We are currently offering a limited time promotion for free delivery to the UK or EU on all orders over £149.00/€249.00. Restrictions do apply and this is a limited time offer that may not be valid in some circumstances - please refer to the product page for additional details.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from us as your order has shipped. Sometimes, when you have ordered multiple items, your order might ship in several different packages. You will receive an email every time that a package has been sent to you with details about the items that it contains.

I received an email, but my item did not arrive, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Service team at support@clippings.com. Please include your name, order number, e-mail and date of purchase. If you have gone offclippings.com to a third party site to complete your purchase, please contact the third party site.

Delayed delivery

We want you to have a great experience! We aim to meet our stated delivery times and we demand all brands hosted on clippings.com to do the same. Unfortunately orders may sometimes be delayed for various reasons that are beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of any possible delays on your order.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Most of our products do ship worldwide - please refer to the product page for more information about where the product ships to. In the event that a product does not ship to you but you’d really love the product - please send us an email to support@clippings.com and we can provide a quote to have it sent over to you.
