How can I place an order?

Products that can be purchased directly from "The Clippings Brand" (https://clippings.com/brand/clippings) or from other brands hosted on clippings.com that have an "Add to Basket" button. When you wish to buy a product, simply click on the "Add to Basket" button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. You will then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have completed your online order on clippings.com and the payment has gone through for your item(s), you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed and the items have shipped, you will get another email confirmation.

Some items can only be bought through other partner websites. These items have a “Buy It” button. Clicking it will take you to the respective websites. Please, refer to their own ordering policies for more information.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

How can I amend or cancel an order?

We are committed to meeting our delivery promises. Therefore, we cannot add new items to orders that have already been paid and processed. Please, place a new order in this case. You can cancel your order according to our standard returns policy.
